What We Collect
MindSpace does not collect or store your personal information or conversation history on its servers. Conversations happen in real time and are not saved, logged, or shared with third parties.
We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information to use the app.
How the AI Works
MindSpace uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate responses. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers to produce a reply and are subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review it.
Crisis Keyword Detection
For safety purposes, MindSpace scans incoming messages for certain high-risk phrases related to self-harm or crisis. If a match is found, a brief internal flag is recorded for safety monitoring only. This is not shared publicly and is used solely to help ensure user safety.
What You Should Not Share
Please do not share the following in the chat:
- Your full name
- Your home address or location
- Your school name
- Any other information that could personally identify you
The chat is a space to talk about feelings, not to share personal details.
Age Requirement
MindSpace is intended for users 13 years of age and older. If you are under 13, please do not use this app. If you are a parent and believe your child under 13 has used MindSpace, please contact us at the email below.
